Kapil Sharma leaves Deepika Padukone in splits as he jokes he wants to become a waiter for her in Goa
Gehraiyaan stars Deepika Padukone, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Dhairya Karwa and Ananya Panday will appear on The Kapil Sharma Show to promote their film. Director Shakun Batra will also join the cast on the show. The makers of TKSS have been sharing promos of the upcoming episode. In a new promo shared on Instagram, Kapil wishes to work as a waiter in Goa for Deepika Padukone and it leaves her in splits.
The promo starts with Gehraiyaan cast arriving as guests on the show. After arriving on the stage, Deepika went up to special guest Archana Puran Singh and hugged her. Poking fun at Kapil, Archana said, "Kapil, jealous? She came to meet me and hug me. She didn't hug you." Deepika then came and hugged him too.
Kapil then mentioned that Goa is Deepika's favourite place. She replied, "Haan bachpan mein bhi bohot mein Goa jaati thi." Kapil replied, "Maine toh kahi Goa mein restaurant m waiter ki naukri kar leni hai." Archana asked why, Kapil replied, "Wahaan yeh zyaada aati hai," leaving everyone in splits. The promo is captioned as, "Team #Gehraiyaan aa rahi hai hasi ke manch par lagaane glamour ki aag aur @deepikapadukone ko dekhkar @kapilsharma ka dil hone wala hai baag baag! Dekhiye #TheKapilSharmaShow, iss Shani-Ravi raat 9.30 baje, sirf Sony par." Going by the promos of the upcoming episode, it looks like the episode is going to be full of fun and entertaining.
Talking about Gehraiyaan, it also stars Naseeruddin Shah and Rajat Kapur. The movie will have its world premiere on Amazon Prime Video on February 11.
